People were confused that Capitel connect will work in Windows 7, Windows 8 or not, there is a trick through which we can run Capitelconnect in Windows 8 or 8.1 operating system.
We just need to change the .DLL files settings in it then it will be able to run in the new operating systems also.
[box]Steps To Run In Windows 7 or 8[/box]
1) Connect usb dongle to usb port.
2) Open the Capitel connect drive and copy all the files.
3) paste all the files in the c drive in a New Folder.
4) Now open this New Folder and then go to the properties of files one by one show_modem.exe and modem_installation.exe and go to compatibility tab and run this program for windows 8 compatible select it and check it.
5) Now go to
(For 64 bit window only) C:\Program Files (x86)\MMX353G 3G USB Manager\Driver\Win7_64
or
(For 32 bit window only) C:\Program Files\MMX353G 3G USB Manager\Driver\Win7_32
6) Copy the file cmnsusbser.sys and paste it to C:\Windows\System32\drivers
7) Now go to the

9) Now open capital connect from the desktop.see its running if still its not then change the network mode then it will work.
